Additional Information: I purchased two Netflix upgrades. Both dropped after two to three days. It takes a long time to upgrade again. It was fixed. One dropped again and is responding very slowly. I want a refund, but they won't give me one. I want a refund for one of the accounts that dropped, and I will request a refund for the other account when it drops. Netflix upgrade keeps down.
