Additional Information: I bought an instant upgrade from @zRad for a specific hotmail account.  zRad has not delivered.  It's been 5 days.  He says I should wait until its ready.  I can't send emails because my account is over the limit, and I need an upgrade.  He says he won't refund me.  I just want a refund for a little $25 USD.

I want to address the dispute raised by the buyer regarding the Microsoft 365 Personal Upgrade. The buyer purchased the upgrade for a specific Hotmail account, and I delivered the service instantly as advertised. Unfortunately, the family account associated with the upgrade was randomly locked a few hours after the purchase. Despite this unforeseen issue, I have been in constant communication with the buyer, providing updates on the situation, even though I was out of town and away from my desktop.

The buyer is requesting a refund, but I believe that a refund is not warranted in this case, as I am still able to deliver the service they purchased. The delay is due to technical issues beyond my control, but I am committed to resolving them and providing the upgrade as promised. I understand the buyer's frustration with the delay, but I have been transparent and communicative throughout the process. Given that I am still able to fulfill the original agreement, I kindly ask to consider that a refund is not necessary.

I wanted to update this thread by confirming that I have successfully delivered the requested upgrade to the buyer a few minutes ago. The service has been fully completed, and all issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of any buyer.

I would like to address that the account was never upgraded.  It was not randomly locked within a few hours but was not working when I received it.  It never worked as seen in the screenshots.  

He has been in communication with me which is good, but I never received any other accounts until this dispute was started.  Then I received another with the same issue, and another with the same issue as seen in

The seller also says it was my fault at the end of the conversation after saying it was on his side earlier in the conversation, and even stating he had another buyer complaining about the same thing.

I literally have 2 buttons to click, I can't mess it up.  I have purchased family 365 accounts before with no issues at all.  Mine expired, that is why I am purchasing a new one.

I have a Video of me clicking the 2 buttons only to be shown a screen that says "Looks like this invitation link is not working 1 more step to go: Please ask organizer to go to Services & subscription tab on account.microsoft.com and click on Start Sharing for you."

The seller can not provide the "Microsoft 365 Personal Upgrade - Instant - Cheap - 0% Kick Rate" so I should get a refund.

I understand life happens and sometimes stuff doesn't work, but he has not and will not deliver and will not refund the money.

I want to clarify that I have already delivered the Microsoft 365 Personal Upgrade as promised. The invite link I provided to the buyer works perfectly and continues to be valid. The issue the buyer is experiencing seems to be on their side, not with the service I provided. I have tested the link myself, and it is functioning as intended, and will continue to do so indefinitely.

It appears that the buyer may have changed their mind about the purchase, which is understandable, but it does not warrant a refund. The product was delivered as advertised, and the invite link remains active and usable. I have upheld my end of the agreement by delivering the service, and there is no fault on my part that would justify a refund.

I appreciate the buyer’s communication, but the fact remains that the service was provided correctly. Refunds should not be expected when the service has been delivered and the buyer simply decides they no longer want it. I respectfully request that the moderators take this into consideration when reviewing this dispute.

If the customer checks their account now, I’m confident they will find their subscription active. I provided access to the apps through my family panel, and I’m certain that their account has been fully upgraded.

I have checked right now and it is working for the first time.  

Thank you @Liars for assisting us in this matter.

I can only hope that my account upgrade lasts for more than a trial of M 365 (30 days).

Here is the most up to date screenshot for anyone that is curious.  It shows he now thinks that I was changing my mind about this service which is completely strange because I sent him the video of me clicking the 2 buttons and it not working.  I don't understand how I can click 2 buttons and it doesn't work = changing my mind about getting a M 365 account, but who knows.
