I Own a discord server where people can sell their physical items via classical auction which is Dream auction.
One of my rules there says "Once an item is posted for sale here, It means it belongs to the auction house and not you anymore. That means you can't sell it somewhere else nor IRL even if you get a better offer unless the auction house fails to sell that item."

OP Approached me to sell a logitech wheel, we discussed a bit then agreed to list it on the auction house.
Fairly simply the next day he just said "bought can you delete" 
And when i showed him the piece of rule that says he can't do that on an active auction, he just went ahead and said ok can you change price? while he can't, eventually he just ended up being defensive with no proper arguments and just wasting everyone's time.

I Am 100% Protected by my rules and I'm filing this over the waste of time and "making me look like a fool and unprofessional" in front of my clients.

If I was still in the Discord, I could show you that no one even bid for the wheel. Only one person had put "150". I don't see how that could be wasting people's time. When he told me that I couldn't put it on Facebook Market, I just asked can I up the price. No where in his ToS said that I could not change the prices. Whenever I tried to, he got all mad and told me to kill myself and stuff lmao.

He said "once I put it up for auction, he owns it not me". 

Has to be the stupidest rule I've heard. I don't have photos because he banned me before I could get any. He "edited" his ToS, so I do not know if he changed it to where it's against my statements or not either.

@Harmony, This is an invalid scam report as no one got scammed. If @Raw sold it somewhere else then he should be able to take down the listing.
