Contacting the """24/7""" support on their website. The chat logs don't go back to the beginning, I have been messaging them since 18 hours ago. They didnt reply for the first 12, then I had to go to bed, and they replied 3 times in the morning then promptly ghosted me.

Additional Information: Their proxies don't work. I have copy and pasted it into my software in proper formatting and tried it through windows 10, and the proxies connect for 20kb at a time which I can't do anything with. https://prnt.sc/udksnTJDkmjQ Here is a screenshot showing I couldn't even get their shitty service to work, I did not use up any notable amount of my 50gb purchased, and I'm not trying trying to return a used product.
They don't have ""24/7 support"", they don't reply and now they're straight up ignoring me. The email I tried to send to their only customer service mailbox was literally rejected.
I'm creating this scam report because of the utterly terrible service, and they have a 24-hour refund window which I believe they're trying to get out of honoring.
