Additional Information: The deal was 15EUR for 10EUR Skrill I sent him BTC yesterday for this same deal but he said he can't do it anymore so he refunded me in Litecoin. Today he sends me another message saying he is Ready to do it so I send him Litecoin this time.
I was suppose to get 10EUR Skrill but he just started ignoring me after I sent the money. He obviously can't do the deal and purposly wasting my time. Might be exit scamming (he keeps looking at buyers section) I asked him to send me his addresses in Cracked.to PM to make sure it was his and he accepted so I thought it was all legit. I also recorded videos in cases  a mod needs it. I just want my money back now, he's a huge time waster this deal has been going for over 48 hours now.

Also having the same problem w partizans, told me he would sell me a bank, 72 upfront and rest when delivered ( max 12hs delivery, been over 30hs and he said he hasnt even started cause I didnt pay all upfront ).

Told me the same thing of refunding in 30 mins, then after a bit told me he ratted himself and almost lost access to cracked and has been radio silent since then

I agree, he was also in the midst of looking at hiring tab etc. when he said he isnt even at home + after the deal I had made with him, he didnt even almost any info regarding the bank expect 4 names nor did he even bother to respond to my messages.

He made me wait 2 days just to send me 10 EUR on Skrill. It's ridiculous. It's the second time I get scammed with someone with a rank and it's such low amounts I can't believe people scam for this.

Btw he is a multi because he sent me a screenshot of a convo he had with someone from this site and it shows 17 Avril but he created his account this month.
