Additional Information:
Shortly after, I started experiencing issues with Adobe Creative Cloud. Screenshots in the conversation show billing error messages and prompts from Adobe requesting a new payment method. I informed BlueAccs about these problems, saying that Adobe was blocking access to apps and asking for help.
Over the following days (August 20 onward), I repeatedly contacted BlueAccs for support. Screenshots indicate that Adobe continued to request payment card details and would not allow further use of Creative Cloud apps.
BlueAccs responded on August 20, claiming they would help but needed “a few time.” Later, on August 21, they apologized, saying “Hello sorry my friend :( I’m trying my best. I’m struggling since I need a PayPal account.”
Despite this, no solution was provided. I became increasingly frustrated and asked for a refund, pointing out I had paid for a one-year subscription, not just two months. And now BlueAccs ignors all messages.
Crypto address for a refund: will provide when needed.
