Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 19 UM Accounts ( ~ 1235$ )

Additional Information: So I bought all of his stock, all accounts had issues like 50 of them, he replaced a part, but I had another batch of 4 & another batch of 15 which he had to replace, once I told him about the 4 he stopped responding & started ghosting.
