To clarity this issue:
On January 23rd, AssyrianPride bought the PayPal UA method from me.
I want to say that I personally updated this method, and it has not been disclosed on the internet.

The method comprises two key components:

1. Placing the method.
   
2. Initiating the Dispute process.
   

Upon sharing the method, AssyrianPride informed me that the order had already been placed without adhering to the specified steps outlined in the method - https://i.imgur.com/Z38BOjK.png
 
After a few days, AssyrianPride messaged me indicating that the dispute had failed. In response, I advised him to contact PayPal support to allow an agent to review and reopen the case.
It typically takes 24-72 hours for the case to receive approval or denial.
However, approximately 30 minutes later, AssyrianPride informed me that he had already called PayPal support, and they were unable to assist. This thing it's impossible, as PayPal automatically opens a case in such situations.

If you stick to the steps in my guide, It's impossible for PayPal to decline this case.

@lighttboy Refund him within 24 hours and stop selling the method. The method is public as it been shared around a lot of refunders do know it. There was one that was posted on January 11th 2024
