Additional Information: About 2 months ago I ordered a bot, he couldnt deliver because of solver issues. Then I proposed an alternative product he could make, he agreed - now 3 weeks later he didnt deliver. I spoke with him this morning again after delaying ETA's multiple times I asked for a refund, he said IDC im not active anymore and im broke.

So im making this SR kinda for shits and giggles, but still better for him to get banned!

Hi. Im not even going to try and dispute this, since basically everything he said is true. I couldnt deliver, not because my lack of skills or not wanting to deliver, but because of external factors. Told him i couldnt refund because i dont have the funds to so he took it up to a SR which is only fair. Im sorry it had to go this way :)
