Additional Information: Seller guaranteed a delivery of 3 hours. After 12+ hours of still not receiving the account, he promised to deliver within 1 hour.
It's been almost 2 hours since then, and he says he is waiting for a friend to provide a jpg uploader. As his friend yet didn't confirm when this will be done, I decided to cancel the deal and get a refund. But now the seller yet again says he won't be able to refund because "he's not at home".
Smells like a scam to me.

When I mentioned I'll open a scam report, he responded saying: "We wait 24 hours for refund then" - some kind of attempt of either not getting me to open the scam report, or abusing the 24 hours refund time that admins usually give for refunds on scam reports.

Would be great if an admin possibly could request him to provide the refund within 1-2 hours, instead of 24 hours, as seller himself has already confirmed he will be home in 1 hour to refund it.
