Additional Information:
- Paid the user 250$ on March 11 for a whatsapp lookup service, promised to "give full list the target has texted or called on whatsapp". 

- User send me a list of number wich I check with my osint tools, and find 0 link with the number I sent (wich I know the owner of it) except they were as well +33 numbers. So I find it strange but user is not bad repped, so maybe no luck on my side with the number I gave him.
Already strange to get from him a list of just same-country numbers (more than 300 of them) and 0 foreign numbers on the list. Everyone has already texted foreign numbers of whatsapp.

- Decided to go ahead the next day and sent him 250$ again, and this time provide him a number that I own, linked to a whatsapp I own as well. This way, easy to see if it's real or not.

- User send me the same "extract" screenshot (this time bad edited, showing extract in "2024" as visible on my captures), and exactly the same number list as the day before.
I took some minutes to realize it, at first just saying that It was fake list, as I just knew I didn't contact any of these numbers on whatsapp myself and the list was incoherent.

- User "check with rep" (lol) and send me a new list of numbers again (~400 more). I never had any contact with any of theses numbers, wich again confirm the scam.
I can of course if needed provide a live video to mods for more details, checking the whatsapp of the number linked that I provided, and seeing 0 coherence or link with any of them.
Not to mention the number given has texted maybe 99% of foreign number, user list is 100% same-coutry numbers again, wich is no sense... again.  

- User blame the rep (?), saying it's the first time he face the issue and also have to pay him. Funds stills sit on user crypto adress, wich show he didn't had to pay any "rep". Told user I would do a scam report, no news.

- Based on these informations, the first list given the day before was obviously fake as well, wich makes the total scammed amount 500$.

Update :

Upon realizing an investigation and providing the user with his phone number, as well showing him that his Telegram ID is linked to another banned account here, he refunded me 250$
