@ilck Since you promised 60 to 85% premium and it was less than that amount which was 0 premiums out of the whole text file. When it should of been at least 300 premium accounts. Provide with a refund do so within 24 hours.

no, i can't do refunds as it also stated in my ToS. (only replacements)

I don't have the money anymore, i ALREADY TOLD HIM that i can do a replacement only, not a refund.
