Scam report against @hoodrat | $5 BTC

Hi, I would prefer not to open a scam report over $5 but seller is ignoring me so I have no choice.

So in short, I bought a Netflix account from the seller, the account I was delivered via shoppy was not working, seller then gave me 2 new accounts via Telegram (both which did also not work). He blamed it some tool and said it was fixed shortly and he would crack new netflix accounts (that was 6 days ago) and seller is now ignoring me for the past 4 days.
