Additional Information: 
Agreed on 2 refunds 300$ each, hellokittyww suppled screenshots and asked for payment and claimed he would cancel refund if not paid in next 60minutes.
Refund was either photoshopped or cancelled and seller is dodging me, not responding for 24+ hours.
I would say he's just afk, but I see him online on multiple forums, so he is clearly dodging me, as is seen by the fact that he is not responding to TG messages.
