Additional Information: So basically, I sent him samples, he agreed to buy the data, he insisted that i should go first, because he is a real buyer and shit. so I did go first, he said he is going to compare my data with his data (so there are no duplicates) then will pay. He never paid since I already compared my data with his data, since he sent me his data for comparition

He is a liar, as you can see in the screenshot the deal was like that:

1. he sent me his data, so I can crosscheck with mine and delete duplicates.
2. I deleted the cross checked data between our databases and told him the remaining amount is 855k
3. I asked for middleman, he kept sending me photos with his previous transactions so I chose to trust him
4. He said that he's going to release the payment after he compares my database with his (so there are no duplicates), as he's looking for unique data and does not care about the hit-rate

I asked him to check my database first to ensure there were no duplicates before making payment, because I only wanted unique data and didn't care about the match rate. I wanted real data (but the data was fake).
