Additional Information: 
I bought a Nuri account from him. He gave the login, but said the following: "I get money you get acc and wait until they verify it. This was on 18th of July.
After couple of days I asked him for more information and he said is still in verification.
On 23th of July I asked for a refund because this was taking to long for me. He respond with "Ok no nuri then I refund Monday".
Currently still haven't heard anything and tried to contact him.
