Additional Information: I just asked him to make me hotmail inbox checker with keyword but he didn't do it. He did something completely different. When I told him that this was different from what I asked for, he told me that he would add an inboxer and that it was easy and for 20 days he kept asking me for valids emails to test the checker When I asked him to return my money to me because he did not do what I asked him to do, he refused and told me to give him more valids
