Same with me, bought from him and after payment only ghosting and saying he will deliever 6 days passed.
Yesterday he said he cant get em for personal reasons and he will refund, but started ghosting again.

Its pretty obvious, firstly he said he will send the combos after confirmation, after confirmation he said he need to make them first.
Also he said to me that he cant do them anymore and want to refund me, while he is still selling to others and scamming them. i guess thats enough evidence.
