Additional information: Already on the first step in the ebook i had to contact him because of the app i was supposed to use stopped offering their service which was needed to continue. It looked like many people were abusing their service thats why they stopped it. So he pointed me into another app but this app had a minimum deposit of 30$ + 2$ fees plus additional % fees unlike his ebook that says only 9$ is needed to pay the freelancer. So i deposited anyway and i bought some proxies which he also forgot to mention as a required investment. I continued to follow the steps and lastly my account on upwork got flagged and funds frozen, i have money also on the app which i have hard time withdrawing. I told him about it and he ignored everything i said and just told me to try again and didnt care about the money i lost.

Its hard to communicate with him, he always answers me back after 24-48 hours. On screenshot you can see it has been two days he have not answered me and on his c.to profile he logged in 4 hours ago. He is clearly ignoring me as i think this method is patched.

As you can see this is everything Im not a guy who is working on his profile to scam people and you can see my feedbacks on profile this was my fault because of my late response I understand but I cant be called a scammer and because of my late response I dont handle a refund but not to be called a scammer.
let me know the decision.
And anyways I will provide refund because of late response.
