Additional Information: As you can see, he is sending a phishing link (steamcommunyty), which is a well-known scam to steal your items.
Moreover, I have another conversation to prove he is a scammer, even though it won't be needed. He was selling BTC double spender here on c.to and when I contacted him about another tool, he immediately forwarded me to some telegram channel with vouches and he even knew the price straight away.
Turned out the channel is just a single person without vouches (himself) and it was pretty obvious he is scamming me. He instantly deleted the thread after I exposed him. He tried to hide his discord from c.to but forgot that one thread :D
