Additional Information: Sold  me an Autodesk 1-year account a few days ago, but the account stopped working within 4-5 days. I have been asking for help/to fix it for 11 days now, but the seller has not yet replied. I have purchased from him in the past, but I have never felt so abandoned. I want a solution asap now.  Tried to contact on the cracked thread, and also on the delivery chat, but no reply.
