Please allow us time to fix it, we've had problems with it for only a bit and we are currently fixing.
We have done small and big fixxes but thats not been enough for you guys, so we are planning to have it fixed and ready by friday, all time will be reimbursed

So you're calling me out on TOXIC just for letting people know that your service isn't working? Highly suspicious... scam-like behavior. 

Plus, I talked to mimic which is the owner of mimic's proxies and he said you were reselling his shit, and when his provider banned him you got affected and now that's why so many people complain about your service.

I just want a full refund as the proxies have never worked for one second ever since I bought them. And I got another reliable source of proxies so... yeah.

2) We've only ever tested MimicProxy as we like to track competition like all providers do.

3) Our proxies are down due to our servers being down which host them.
In my ToS it clearly states "ProxyRep May go down at CERTAIN TIMES for work or if there is a PROBLEM with the network."
We have always made this obvious.

4) We won't provide a refund, however we will reimburse you for lost time on your plan.

Fortunately, your ToS means jack shit when it comes to these types of disputes. 
@Liars I have nothing further to reply to this guy.

Facts resumed:
1) He gives a shit about his customers, plenty complains on discord while he claims to solve the situation, yet, it never gets resolved.
2) I've never been able to use his proxies for a single second without them all failing to connect to random targets, proof attached. 
3) He's playing with my time and money, even though I accept that sometimes business may present interruptions, this type of behavior is unacceptable.

It is what it is...

@Sultys, if you're gonna use a cap of my own. At least provide context on where it came from.

Can you please fix the problem with the proxies so that they are stable and is working. Or refund the client.

Can you please fix the problem with the proxies so that they are stable and is working. Or refund the client.

I'd highly suggest setting up a valid timeframe for him to fix his stuff, otherwise he'll just get there when he gets there and that's not how these businesses work and it's been 48 hours without the proxies working after I made the purchase.
