There is no fix guarantee of a Proxy to work on someone's desired speed. The proxy was not working at 10-20 CPM (can be called as un-usable) but rather 600-800 Checks Per Minute at 150-200 Threads on Silver Bullet. On OpenBullet abit more around 900-1K+ as tested.
As a professional service provider, it was my duty to have the proxy working on customer target, although I am not bound (as it was already working on other targets) to provide fix on certain targets, I did as a professional courtesy. Unlike the user, I stayed professional until the very last of our conversation and tried to be professional as much as possible.
Every 100th customer, we always find and are forced to deal with that one customer who has small issues in-between every properties of a product. The product worked as advertised, we went in a few extra miles to make sure their target works, and ensured test, took screenshots and delivery at the same. The product was purchased for 1 week and subscription covered a total of 9 days, 7 on exact, 1 as extra (which we took to fill in his test and 1 day which user claimed to not work with his target). I have fulfilled my duty.
Kindly do read the above messages as well to find the important bits of this dispute as well. Let me know if anything else is required from my side, but kindly have a unbiased justice - I have done a lot, fixed and solved user issue instead of complaining, trying to invoke TOS to not make the client product work and further this and that.
