Also would like to add after comparing the dates on other refunding groups, after 20 July, Amazon started initiating investigations and asking for PR which means that ebook methods are ridiculous.
LIT = 50/50 & PR unless your account is aged af & has legit orders in between.
DNA/Peb/EB = Fail or investigation

I'd gladly take a full refund.
