Additional Information: we had a partnership, i was selling on his ebay, at first everything was smooth, he used to pay me, then he had some issues with someone, needed money, i loaned him 800 usd, he gave back 550 of that usd which means 250 usd is left, and he has not paid me for over 1k in product sales on ebay, i waited for a month, gave him many chances to pay me what is owed, he kept making excuses, ignored my messages.
Crypto address for a refund: doubt he will refund. been waiting for a month
