Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $220.00
Screenshots of Communication: Will send to admins, Moderators seem to be working with this scammer as he keeps getting unbanned.
Additional Information: @SNOWX Contacted me asking for a $200 loan, told him I could give him $200 if he pays me back $220 within 7 days. Has been more than 10 days now, Refused to pay back a loan.
Crypto address for a refund: He won't refund, just ban him. Ban 2

I didn't offer anything like that. 

he contacted me and said he could be my paypal holder and he didn't have a c.io or any trusted forum profile and I told him I wouldn't get scammed and then he opened this report for me idk but he is shit leecher

He had nothing to prove, he created a fake profile and tried to scam me.
