Screenshots of Communication: Will send telegram transcript to any admin, has personal info
Additional Information: Started a ref for an item on September 17th, he was really quick to reply in the beginning but after payment has since not replied to me in very long periods at a time, even his bio says no reponse in 30 hours = free ref but I don't really care about that I am just trying to get my refund done. If he can't do it I would like refund but I would rather have it done, but his lack of response in any timely manner has forced me to create a thread.

he has promised to complete it within 1 week maximum so i am allowing him time to follow up on his word. i cannot wait longer than that regardless because the time frame to return the item will pass after that so we will see.
