Additional Information: I ask him for a service , he ask me to send him 300 USD to buy tools to do job , he block me in the first telegram , I contact him with another one , then he said his friend block me , i said ok and ask him to deal , but today he delete me from second telegram and he scam me with 300 USD

I am not a scammer , the shit , block me and i have evidances , plz if you need any information i am ready , the first telegram he delete chats and in telegram any one can delete both sides chats .. he scammed me and i have all evidances
