Additional Information: I purchased an upgrade from spoty.gg owned by @Prada , The first time I was given a key , I tried it and it upgraded my acc perfectly#

but It didn't even last 2 hours and my acc became free again , I opened a ticket on their server as u can see and their support replies lately

however I waited and then the guy gave me another key to try after I have been waiting for him 8 hours to answer and another 6 hour until their stock " is filled " ,  So I have tried again and the second time I got that this plan is full and I lost my key as well again , I needed to wait another couples of hours in order to get the key again and after all of this , the stock became empty again ! . The support accused me of not following their stock updates on telegram channel and that they always stock in the midnight but As far as now I have been waiting for more 3 days and nothing happened . more ever I purchased the whole shit 5 days ago and my account is not upgraded after all of this.

and as u can see from the 7th image , I have joined on telegram on June 8 and till now they didn't ping or restocked anything .

1- Always out of stock
2- always issues and errors
3- support is bad and replies lately
4- Fake and non working accounts
5- I have been waiting for 5 days or a week in order to upgrade my acc and nothing happened
What kind of service is this ?! I'm not satisfied and I shall not continue . I want my refund now :)  I didn't use thee key as well because ur stock is always empty
in addition : Why the hell do I need to open a ticket every 2 hours and ask for a replacement . this is not how I was dealing with my old spotify services . Acc usually last for 2 to 4 months and the worst thing that happened was 2 weeks :)

P.S: They said that I don't need to close the ticket and that they will always replace as well :) but yea guess what happened . they removed the ticket but I wasn't that dumb to not capture everything :)

Answers
1 - Its currently the hardest time were going trough, the last about week we had daily restocks (only one day there was none)
2 - The last update unfortunately brought lots of issues, we're working hard to fix it and already fixed a lot. I havent even slept till 5 am to look into it.
3 - Because of the current situation there are much more tickets than usually, so it could take some time to get to yours.
4 - I guess you mean the full family thing. The last update was to fix this, but it brought new errors that now have to get fixed.
5 - I dont know what to say about this one... Others were able to upgrade, maybe youre in a different timezone, so it was hard to get stock?
6 - We announced it like 3 times that we will close the tickets and you should save everything in there, because we reached the max ticket limit.
