Purchased november 30th paid with crypto. Reached out numerous times to get what i paid for, been ignored. Just want a refund at this point. I have been beyond patient.

Hi. I was sick and due to an internal issue with fanvue there was an issue where verifications were not being approved. We are currently working on it and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible (1-2 days) but as the funds have already been paid for kyc, we are unable to issue a refund.
