Additional Information: bought 2 OF accs from their autoshop as a test for their products, both were dead. Contacted them and now they are just either just replying late or trying to put me off.

I've been trying to resolve it, all you we're doing is either not answering for hours or saying you gonna send me new ones in a few hours and then never reach back out. So there's no need to be shocked that I open a scam report if your incapable of dealing with that. If you're not able to provide any then instead of saying in a few hours just say that

The scam report section is for reporting when you are being scammed or not getting a refund, not for complaining about out of stock. And if you ask for a refund, I won't hesitate to give you $3. So don't be stupid and try to resolve the issue with the provider first
