yes iam, last time yesterday; hes very busy and got some sirious problems. Thats why I give him time. But at least he could answer me for today and unlocks the account...

Will call them again tonight if I get the chance or tomorrow and see what the fuck is going on cause this is not acceptable. And no the account is not linked to any fraud or that kind of shit so I'm curious asf what their reason is for deciding to close my account.
