Recently I had discovered that there was some issues with account creator and checker. These are the only features that are potentially not fully working currently, and it is my mistake for not at least putting a message at the top of my thread saying those features were not working. I will be refunding @TimoKL once I am able to because of this, even though it was less about the money for him and more about the fact I was advertising a tool with not all of the features working. Hence I have closed the thread, website, and purchase links for my tool so I am no longer advertising it and nobody is able to purchase it currently. @Teken a few things to consider.
Lets start off with hes buddy / alt here who posts shit on this scam report, it was the same dude defending sellers actions.
Then @MonsterPrograms on purpose responds on the last moment, he admitted this on hes discord. He has no intention to solve this in a normal manner but just wants to be a pain in the ass by trying to stall as much as possible.
Third, all he's customers from past month should IMO be refunded, they all bought something that's broken and not working as advertised.
Hes whole attidute is fucking terrible, he knew (and admitted) that he was selling a broken tool, keeps referring to hes tos that states "no refunds" when anyone asks about it, even tho he knows he sold them a broken tool.
Hes ignoring people, in purpose, and he finds playing csgo more important then fixing hes issues.
Heck if you can still see hes thread, he was still bumping it even after my + someone else's response that the tool was broken. He just wanted to cash out as much as possible without giving people refunds for selling a broken tool.
Then as last point, I requested a refund the day after purchase, yet he seemingly spent my money anyways.
@Teken if you want to ban him, please do, as he admitted that he does not care about cto and is only here to advertise hes broken tool, he imo is a danger to this community as he has no sense of feeling for the people here.
I dont care about the $10, I would rather see him banned.

Firstly, that was not my buddy/alt account. It is a customer of my tool.
Secondly, I would have solved this initially by issuing a refund but I am unable to do so currently. And if I issued a refund to you, I would have to refund the other few customers who bought the tool in the past month including crypto fees which can be expensive in total. There are still 10 out of 12 features that are working, and the majority of customers are using these features. Without those 2 features that aren't working, these 10 features alone still make the tool fairly high-quality, it's not really as "broken" as you say it is.
Thirdly, I don't think I am a "danger" to this community, at the end of the day this is a couple features in the tool that have stopped working recently and unable to fix these. I have already admitted it was my mistake for not mentioning those couple of features were not working when advertising in the last month. There was very few people who purchased the tool in the last month since the account creator and checker weren't working, and I therefore will eventually be issuing refunds to at least some of those. There will be no more sales to worry about, as I have stopped selling/advertising this tool since yesterday.

Edit for @Teken : I already gave him 5 days to refund, hes now saying to wait even more, all of that for only $10 lol.
I sent him a refund request the day after i bought it, he knew that so he should not have spent my money.
@TimoKL you can wait for your money. He wasn't paying me for 2-3 weeks after i provided him with source code for Viewbot, channel viewbot, and VOD viewbot.
He even sold the source code for a bigger amount but decided to gamble onstream instead of paying his debts.

But if thats your call then so be it, I just ask you to force him to respond quicker as he literally said he will respond on the latest possible moment.
My opinion is still that he should be banned because he, on purpose, sold a broken tool and is declining refunds, but again its your call.

I remember that I did eventually send you that money (I think it was roughly $100), even if I sent it at a later date than I was supposed to. We agreed that you would work on the account creator and some other stuff, but you ignored my messages about it and eventually left my server. But you did provide all of those view bot methods previously, and without those my tool wouldn't have been anywhere near as successful. Even before the $100 payment, I believe I had sent you one which was about $50. I can't remember exactly what happened and cannot provide screenshots of the conversations, since I no longer have access to that Discord account as it was banned as you can see in the screenshot, it says "Deleted User".

Firstly, I don't think gambling money I get from sales means I am an "addict". I gambled money I could afford to lose, and a very small percentage of what I gamble is my own money. I was very bored because of lockdown, and I found gambling as a fun distraction as there was lots of streamers at the time promoting it.
Secondly, once I am able to refund I will refund. If I am still unable to do it within the 5 day limit, then I will say if I need more time.

You are gambling customers money, you are gambling money that needed to be paid to someone who did work for you.
Since you can't even refund $10 i'm assuming you did not just gamble money "you could afford to lose".
Gambling addiction is an real issue man, denial is the worst you can do as you are making the issue smaller for yourself.
You not being able to refund $10 within 10 days speaks a whole lot about your situation, you gambling money that is not even yours (you sold the source you did not even make and did not even pay the guy who did) also speaks a whole lot about your situation.
