@Alex he answered (he only answers when there is new message in this dispute), he told me to rebuild. but the panel for building is down..... told him, but no response.

So after weeks i still not have a working FUD clipper.

Seller is only wasting time, and delaying. he only sells exploits and crypts etc.... but i think it says enough that he can not make his own clipper fud and working....

@MoneyRule Refund the user. Do so within 24h. 

The user will remain with no access to the service.
