had promised on his channel and forum thread that his bulk email tool can/could send 4000 emails per day, as per the image reference here...
 
But so far we tried to send 3800 emails today just to be safe, and the tool got stuck at 100 emails sent only, and then start giving lots of errors, and stopped working !
So we are extremely unhappy with our purchase, and with the false advertising/false promises of his claims that it could send 4000 per day just fine.
 
The tool does not work as advertised and we now want our money back so we can move forward and purchase from another bulk email system, from another seller then.
 
Because it's the 2nd time his tool give us trouble.
There was another incident before this where we had to buy other set of proxies to make the tool work as it was giving errors before.
So now this another issue....
So we not happy with this purchase, then and we want a refund...

Seller has given 24 hours to FIX the issue or he'll issue a refund by himself. So we are waiting, then.

We want our money back, the system (After waiting 24 hours for a supposed FIX) it came back WORST than before. At least the previous version could INBOX some emails. This version now lands 100% ON SPAM FOLDER and also the message comes BROKEN/UNFORMATTED, as well. 
 
So we are NOT HAPPY with this purchase as the product performance is 100% DIFFERENT than what was advertised. So we want to dispute this specially because seller PROMISED on his channel product advertisement (image in attachment) that his system could SEND 100% INBOX, so if he claimed that, he should HONOR his claims. But it can't inbox SHIT at all ! So we want our money back. Thanks.

You had a problem with Limit at the beginning, and then I fixed the Limit issue for you.

Now everything is fine. I updated the script for you and checked everything in the.mail-tester— email goes to the inbox, and that is the proof.

And you also said that the spoof section doesn’t work, even though I didn’t sell that to you.

Let the admins decide. Whatever they decide, I agree.

The ' mail-tester ' is not a parameter or PROOF that your system is 100% inboxing. (Specially not because you did not proved you used the SAME letter we used as well on the test)

Furthermore: On the mail-tester ALSO we got 10/10 score for THIS SAME LETTER we tried to send TODAY morning using your '' fixed '' system. Proof is here on this image in attachment.

And still/yet: 

1) Letter came into the SPAM FOLDER not inbox

2) Letter came totally in a UNFORMATTED way (which demonstrates the lack of attention/care by the tool owner on coding the letter/text formatting part of his tool)



3) But as you can see even if getting 10/10 result on mail-tester, it does not prove or means that our letters will be inboxed at all on the actual email blasting campaign.
there are OTHER parameters needed that your system is currently not being able to fulfill.

So we want our $ back for infunctional service reasons.

You used the tool for 6 days, and it only didn’t work for 1 day. I updated it and fixed the problem. But now you are asking for a refund because you finished your work and don’t need it anymore. Many people do this, but it is not acceptable because I have all the proof.

Please stay silent and wait for the admins to decide.
