Additional Information:
So i wanted to exchange my LTC for his Paypal to buy something from Shoppy, I went first and did my part without any problem. This guy allegedly have problems with his paypal the question is also why hes offering that service if he cant even send something trough paypal. If you read the conversation it looks like he's holding me up all the time for some reason and if i ask to refund me he always searching an excuse. So since he couldnt send me the payment directy trough f&f I sent him the shoppy link and told him to buy that off but then he decided to buy that product as well and wrote the seller to buy it 2 times trough paypal, so he sent me a screenshot which shows me that he wrote money sent to the seller . I wrote then with the seller myself and asked him if he received his payment but he also said he received nothing and showed me a screen from his ticket where Mastarb is writing to him that paypal have to confirm the payment trough phone. So all in all i wasted more than 3 hours with him and his excuses what a horrible guy he could just refund me my ltc and close the case but everytime he has a new excuse and i dont have patience anymore maybe this will help him to hurry up
