Additional Information: I originally reached out to mant3z wanting to buy a paypal account from him, he had 2 options, i settled on the cheaper one at first as it was fine for my needs. After paying him, he told me 1 day delivery. He ended up ignoring me again and again and delaying it over and over even though he said 1 day, even tried asking me for a phone number for it as he couldnt do it himself. I kept asking for a refund but he ignored me, i then got impatient so made him that "deal" in the 3rd photo or else i was gonna open a DD. after a week and a half, i got the paypal. After receiving the paypal I wasn't able to fully secure it as the login for the recovery email for the mail email never worked, we went back and forth for a couple days about that but he basically just said he doesnt save them. So this paypal i wrote off as a loss as I was never able to fully secure it from the beginning, it took over a week to deliver, and then when trying to secure it it wasnt able to be fully secured. BUT This isn't my main reason for the DD, its more so the reason from picture 5 and onwards. I bought another paypal from him that was delivered a day later, but didnt work from the START. He delivered it, and i wasnt able to login to it for a few days as i had some stuff going on. When i was able to login to it, i realized that the email he provided me was a different one to receive the OTPs. He then ignored my messages a few times hence why i kept bumping him, and finally a few days later, the "worker" he was using was able to remove that email off that account. After removing it, there was no options to login, so the "worker" had to give me a 2fa qr code to use. I was finally able to get into the account on February 7th, and per mant3z's instructions, i was slowly changing things, adding things, etc. When i got access to it, i removed the workers 2fa, added my own 2fa, changed email password, signed into it elsewhere, AND added a phone number, i would think that after doing all this in the FIRST day, PER mant3z's instructions, i should then wait 1-2 days to change more, such as password, email, remove all the crap the "worker" had added, etc. During the days I was waiting to fully secure it, i had some money get sent over to the account to warm it up, i realized that it wasnt fully secured but i didnt think there would be a risk of a worker he's using still being accessed on the account over a week after making it and stealing the money, but thats exactly what happened. after the money was deposited, the worker withdrew it to one of the 4 cards/banks he kept linked to the paypal. I told mant3z about this but he ultimately said there was nothing he could do about it as i didnt fully secure it so the worker could steal it if he wanted to. I wasn't upset about this, as sure i didnt fully secure it yet, but i also didnt think the worker would steal the money. So i moved on from this and was waiting to secure the account again. Hours later, the paypal is fully changed and switched over to different details, and i can no longer access it. I got an email that the email was updated to a new one, password changed, and then thats it. couldnt login to it anymore. I alerted mant3z about this and after ignoring me for a few hours bumped him again, then basically just said he'll ask his worker if he stole it and if he can give the account back. Mant3z also mentions a few times in his replies that the warranty isnt until the account is fully secured which it wasnt, PER HIS INSTRUCTIONS, i was doing it slowly over time. he even said to change pass after a day or so, and a few days later the account was stolen, i was slowly changing things, but the worker he used kept 4 banks/cards added, multiple addresses, different emails, different 2fas, and so much more. I was slowly changing it until it was stolen. Also its important to not the account was made in december 2025, but i got it february 2026. So it seems like the worker he used just gave me a paypal hes been had for awhile to make the scam easier for him.
We ended up going back and forth for a few days, he said the worker said he didnt steal it, he put the blame on me, and then said there was nothing he could do about it and didnt wanna refund/replace me.
Even if Mant3z doesn't get banned because he tries to say i violated his warranty (which i didnt) I still think this DD should be used as a statement that mant3z does bad, shady business, and should be dealt with caution as the people he works with aren't good at all.
TLDR: 1st paypal I wasnt able to fully secure due to him deleting things, 2nd paypal couldnt login to it till a week later, when i finally did and was slowly changing information, the worker he used stole the account back, and mant3z refuses a refund/replacement
