Additional Information: bought xbox gpu lifetime on ur own account from this seller on 7 June which after about 6d he finally delivered it anyway after exactly about a month it stopped working when i asked him to fix he refused and the reason (my method patched) and he wanted to give me a shared account which is clearly not what i bought so i asked for a refund and he started saying that against my tos we dont offer refunds whatever, so selling a product and saying its lifetime but after just a month oh my method is patched i cant fix it, thats clearly a scam.

yes because i told you wait for 0-78h then you'll receive the key. it doesn't mean you'll receive the key after 78h, it mean you'll receive it instantly or within 0-78h.

The Seller has had past reports where customers were told that method is patched and they need to wait for it to be back to get fixes even tho their upgrade worked for very short duration even less then 6months but thats just bullshit , his own TOS says that i have a 6months warranty in Clause 9 while Clause 8 is Lifetime warranty till method patch so which one is it?
 
If its 6months then am entitled to a refund as i was told that method is patched and it started working only when i opened report which shows his scammy nature and i cant trust him
 
If its lifetime then his whole TOS is bullshit because forums rules as i know for lifetime upgrades are that they should last minimum 6months and if it gets patched before am entitled for a refund again
 
Goin by any clause from his TOS Am entitled to a refund but i would like to emphasise on the facts that he has had a history of reports where he has claimed method patched and only fixed after report + his whole TOS is of scammy nature and he must be made to change it or be banned
 
Sorry for the long text but such scammers must be removed from this platform who only deliver the stuff when a dispute is opened and this much everyone knows not every customer will open a report resulting in the Seller scamming multiple people and having to deliver stuff to only a few who open a report
