Additional Information: I purchased his Nectar config which states it was "working" in the sales threat. The config has been broken since I purchased it and the seller seems to reply 10 hours later every single time nearly, and never actually fixes my issues. He tells me it's fixed but then I'm faced with another issue. I was promised a 30 day warranty but he's not giving me a refund even though his configuration is broken. Basically, 80% of the hits are being seen as free accounts, or not working.

In that video is proof of the date, and me trying a WORKING account with his config, and it failing. I've showed this to him but his response is "hmm" "idk" and he never actually fixes anything, even though he claims he has. He may show proof of his config getting hits but that would be because like I said, not every hit fails and I do think that it picks up around 30% of the hits which is just stupidly bad and broken. I've proven in this video that some hits don't get detected in this and I paid for a fully WORKING config.
All I would like is to be refunded, as I bought it with "warranty" shown here : https://imgur.com/a/MHq6INm and proof of the config not working over and over again, and I've went to him over and over again but he's just lying saying that it works.
The point is, it doesn't work and he's refusing to refund. I feel scammed.
