Additional Information: Their terms, as outlined in their Shoppy, states that after 7 hours, the product will be delivered. However, from the screenshots, you can see that it has been much more than 7 hours, and I have not received any response from the seller at all. I am willing to work this out amicably, but still, I feel as if something is wrong.
