There are no refunds coming your way.

1. Customer came asking for utility bill from USA
2. He provided his personal details under which docs were supposed to be created
3. He paid for the price of the documents
4. We delivered exactly what he asked for USA utility bill under the provided personal details from customer

He is emotionally unstable personal and he thinks he owns the place, right after his docs were rejected at what ever place he tried to verify it for he came right back to my DMs on TG and shared his LTC addy asking for refund what a rude behavior to do so, calm your ego buddy, seems like you're very young.

One very simple example:
Let's imagine someone running ADS (google ads, facebook ads, twitter ads, etc.) accounts in what ever way white/gray/black - person needs to go process of verifications to even launch his profile and gets ads running. One of them is also submitting indentity documnets (passports, ids, driver licenses). He creates for instance 10 different accounts. 7 of them will pass the verification, 3 won't. Are we supposed to refund those 3 docs even if they were the same as other 7? No we aren't and no other service does that. No fake docs/drawing service will refund anyone for failing using fake documents for own verification purposes. Docs - rendering services are supposed to deliver you the product which you've asked for.. (Which we did)

Other example would be:
We provide you fake driver license then you decided to drive a car with it and get pull over by the cops, are we the ones who are responsible of your actions? No we are not. 

We also never promised you that it will pass your verification. Yes it can pass your verification purposes, in the same way as it might not. 

One quick recap, you purchased product, we delivered exactly what you've asked for. That's it.

If some low iq individual like you buy Portugal passport to verify his whatever, and it won't pass his verification, then it is the same scenario as what you saying. Cause if you google "Portugal passport example" then it becomes "something that is found on google for free" ??? 
 
We sell docs - which you have received under details you have provided. We haven't told you "100% passing of verification" on whatever shit you used it for. Neither we never told anything related to it.
 
We delivered what you purchased and that's it. No refunds will be made, you already received what you paid for.

The seller provided exactly what was requested, a utility bill edited with the buyer’s name. There was no agreement or representation that the document had to be exclusive, original, or not publicly available. The buyer received the file and it was edited as described.
 
The fact that the verification did not pass does not indicate any scam or fraud. The service was delivered according to the instructions given by the buyer. Therefore, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
