Additional Information: I purchased a shipping label from Fibonacci. After I dropped off my parcel, it was immediately flagged and sent to FedEx's fraud control department. I tried reaching out to Fibonacci multiple times, but he never responded. He was either on slow mode or simply ignored my messages, always appearing too busy.

For two months, I continuously contacted FedEx, asking them to release my parcel. Their customer service was frustrating, rarely providing proper responses. Finally, after numerous attempts, a helpful agent looked into the issue and asked me about the fraudulent label. They also asked some security questions. I contacted Fibonacci again, and he insisted that the account was fine, claiming there was no fraud issue.

Despite this, FedEx kept asking me security questions about the account, which I didn't know the answers to. Eventually, they told me that I would need to visit a FedEx location in person with physical ID linked to the account to release my parcel.

The parcel contains an iPhone worth $1800, which is now seized by FedEx because of the fraudulent label Fibonacci provided. I've taken screenshots of my conversations with Fibonacci every time I've asked for help, but he's always offline and never replies. In the end, he refunded me just $30 for the $1800 iPhone I lost.

"Even if I don't get a refund from him, I want to make sure people know about his actions and support efforts to deal with him. It's important that others are aware so they can avoid similar problems. By sharing my experience, I hope to prevent others from going through the same issues and encourage fair treatment."

on top of that he blocked me

After his "scam" report on different forum has failed because it makes no sense, he's now opening it again here. I wish i had this amount of free time.

First of all, I've never mentioned guarantee delivery, I call it 99%. when shipping 100+ packages daily, around 1 a day (usually less) get sized, thats something that needs to be considered when getting 98% off the actual price.

2nd, when he asked for info from the account I was more than happy to help and did it fast.

Even before that, the guy made a mistake and put incorrect info on a label, I offered a refund / replacement even tho it clearly stated on my TOS that spelling errors wont be refunded

People who works with me know that i'll always help as much as i can and even more than that.

It's impossible to know if you shipped an Iphone, or a KG of cocaine, or rice.

Another thing i want to mention is that few days ago, I refunded his main user (as it appears to be now with a quick look at his nulled profile) because he couldn't wait for a label, and gladly took a screenshot before he deleted all chats

Just wondering why reaching out to me from another account after that...

In addition to all that, he already got refunded about 2 weeks ago
https://ibb.co/Jrz4gLN
and even after i tried to log once again to help as he requested.

So I don't understand the point of this thread.

@xXAMDxX Firstly, I am not going make op pay for the item as he already refunded for the labelled from what the evidence he had shown me. However, I will say this now he never promised 100% success with the labels. it is common knowledge that these labels comes with major risks. It is impossible to know what you shipped. You would have shipped an expensive item or nothing or something simple as rice. The seller is only responsible for the service that is offered not the losses that occurred from it for example
the package does not arrive, gets seized or never gets updated or gets lost. The seller will refund for the cost of the label.  If the package where it was damaged or seized or mishandled or lost. The seller cannot be responsible for those lost values. On top of that, even if we was 100% sure that you did in fact shipped whatever you had shipped lets say the iPhone that is meant to be worth $1800. We cannot make him refund you $1800 because you wanted to use cheap fraudulent label to lower the costs of the deliver of the item. Therefore, there are risks when using such services and anything that is not direct responsibility of the seller cannot be pasted onto the seller or any damages or losses that has happened from using the service itself, other than the actual service that you have purchased are risks taken when using such services.
 Closed.
