Hi sorry for the late reply been busy lately, I've responded to ben on discord. Also, I think the case should be resolved as I've offered him 2 options which are, a private tutorial method on how to acquire Udemy courses to your own Udemy account for free? ( Not all courses but most of them will be available ) Or us replacing him with anything on our shop with DOUBLE the value he spent. He accepted the first option and I've already delivered the method to him as mentioned.

I also told you that nothing from you shop was interesting i'm not using any android for spotify, the "private method" that you gave me is a website that you can find on google with some coupons for free courses. I bought you udemy's accounts with 7500+ courses, not a single course was working, i'm trying to contact you to find an agreement but it's been more than 1 week of waiting.

I tried to find something to replace it for, so I asked him more about his Netflix offer but this include some replacements every time the account get locked. And with this buying experience where I've been waiting 2 weeks to get something, I don't really wanna get into it and wait few days each time.
