Additional Information: I bought a LIFETIME upgrade for my personal Xbox account, but it stopped working after 6 months.
I reached out to him, and instead of upgrading my account like I paid for, he gave me a password to a shared account. I didn’t complain about it being a shared account because I just wanted to get it sorted, but he never gave me the email for the account.
I tried to get the email from him, but he hasn’t responded at all. It’s been almost two months since he last replied.
At this point, I don’t even care about the email anymore. I dont think he can actually upgrade my account, and even if he could, I’m not confident he’d ever communicate with me again. If I lose my upgrade in the future, I’m pretty sure I won’t get a response from him.

I don't think you understand.
I bought a personal upgrade - meaning I use my account.
Even in the delivery information on your website it says " Thanks for purchasing, let's proceed to upgrade your account: DM me on Discord with your invoice id".
It stopped working after 6 months, and then you give me a password for another account. i can't do anything with that, i dont have the email - you never sent it to me, all you did is upgrade my personal account.
