Additional Information: Basically, 12 days ago i paid 100$ for their files i was 100% clear about what i wanted and we got a deal. After i paid, the owner literally ghosted me and apparently they're facing some problems but they took really alot of time to respond and the guy who I PAID never gave a response as shown in the ticket, he ghosted me. If i'm opening this scam report right now, it's because I want a refund of my 1.05 LTC (100$) i was super gentle with these people and waited way too long to the point where i had no use anymore for their files. Owner #1 who received my money also posted in annoucement as they encoutered some problems with their website but wasn't capable to answer someone he got a deal with lol it's been 12 days.
