Additional Information: I bought chatgpt upgrade from his shop, and he couldnt deliver my product, so he refunded to the "shop balance", this person put in his store that he has stock of something that he doesn't have and then when you wait for the delivery of what you bought and the seller doesn't have it he simply gives you a refund to his shop balance, balance that you can't withdraw so it's as if he forced you to buy something that you're not interested in, the only reason why I open this scam report is because sometimes these types of sellers abuse buyers by forcing them to buy something they're not looking for because otherwise they would lose their money, I know it's only $7 and I was scammed for much more previously, but like I said it's because I'm tired of these types of sellers.

I didn't scam him at all. He ordered chatgpt personal upgrade and it took a bit more time than usual to do the upgrade. Meanwhile he demanded a refund. So I refunded the amount ($7) into his store balance. That's the store policy and he had agreed to those t&c when he made his purchase. So I did what was rightful and what was according to T&C. I've been a part of this community for a long time now and have contributed so much to this community and never ever had someone accused me of spamming. I have hundreds of customers and have 5/5 reviews on my shop and good rep too. I wonder where's the genuine people who were in this community before.
