First, I purchased a personal upgrade for my Adobe account, and now I have to log in again every 7–14 days and select a different profile. I reported problems with Netflix about two weeks ago, and they still haven't fixed it. It's very difficult to contact them; they respond once every few days, but they can remove negative vouchers within a few minutes. I want a full refund.
