Scam report against CSZ8

Hello fellas, first of all, this will be a german conversation so i´ll try to translate it best as i can. :^)

Got scammed by 2 SE Megabooms worth 80 Euro and an invoice (he scammed many others aswell)

So here i asked for proof of a product he was selling and he just overreacted and said "If u think i scam don´t buy it"
And i asked when the megabooms will arrive i bought around 2-3 weeks ago and he was still humbleing around about the arrival.

Here i asked why he kicked me out of his discord and asked for an invoice i bought aswell
Now i saw he made a new thread and created a new discord account + discord channel and continues to scam.

Maybe you guys care that his only vouch on here is from the co-owner of the Discord i got kicked out of, called Night i think it was.
Due to him, my paypal with real addy + name is 200€ in minus now. Anyone got an idea how i get them to not to sue me? :??:

Another owner contacted me and promised me to refund me. If possible i´d like to leave this case open for 10 days (duration of the new Megabooms arriving here) or just reopen it if its another scam.
