So a month ago this guy opened a dispute claiming I agreed to something that I didn't (https://cracked.sh/Thread-Supreme-Scam-report-TAL0N-30), while this dispute is still open this guy today came to a design server that I work in and he was asking for a thread design matching the theme of "his" website, and when he sent a screenshot of his website design it turned out to be a copy of the design I made him that we agreed on a refund which means he's not allowed to use that design or copy anything from it.

This guy didn't ask for my permission to use my design and he knows he's not allowed to after all the claims that he made in the other ticket, the 30$ I have as scammed in this report is the remaining payment he didn't pay as he only paid 50% for the service, if he wants to you use my design he first needs to pay the remaining payment.

I'm glad he came to this server cause if he had gone to another design service he would've gotten away with stealing my design blatantly while still fighting in the other ticket to get his "refund".

First of all, I did not steal "your" design. Your design is heavily inspired by this one: https://imgur.com/a/qOPS0yb (You were given detailed instructions).
Claiming it as solely yours is completely unreasonable.
 
Secondly, I paid you $30 upfront. You did not complete the design as requested and never sent me the FIGMA link to your design, despite agreeing to settle our dispute by receiving half of the $60. This means you have my money and never delivered the design you made. https://imgur.com/a/EqUFvuO

@TAL0N agreed to receive $30 for his design, which he has already received and is refusing to refund, even though he never sent me the FIGMA design.

There's a big difference between copying a design and paying for a design service.
 
Imagine if designers charged customers for creating designs, agreed to receive only half the payment, but then didn't deliver the design. And then they would then demand penalties if the customer used any of the elements they paid for.

Given @TAL0N's inability to understand, this is directed more towards @Liars and @Darkness.

@TAL0N has not sent me the designs I paid for, nor has he completed them as he agreed upon. After waiting four weeks for our dispute to be resolved, I had no choice but to hire a new designer to start from scratch so I could move forward with my website development.

I reached out to only one designer, @Zebra, for a thread design, but declined his offer. This means the website design has not been used; it was only shown to @Zebra.
No website is currently using this design, and it’s not being used elsewhere.

If @TAL0N is so upset about me using elements of the design I paid for, here's my proposal: he refunds me the full $30, and I will never use his design or any of its elements. Since I plan to advertise the business project on Cracked, you can verify that my future website design will not use @TAL0N's elements.

If he refuses to refund me, then I will simply use what I paid for. Despite @TAL0N never sending me the FIGMA designs, I had to hire another designer to create them from scratch.
