Additional Information: first i was want buy paypal account verified and have vcc and give me his docs then he tell me he not able to make it so i tell him then make for me verified account as shown in screenshot https://ibb.co/bMKyV8Zp and  i pay for him 60$ and then he deliver account when he deliver the account i was out home so i wouldn't able to open it instantly but i asked him he told me account is aged 2 days and everything is okey https://ibb.co/XrjjYgxF and after i login got it locked and when i ask him and after long discussion with him he told me he not able to make sure the account will not been locked  he just want give me shitty account not take 5 mins to made with ssn and vcc from any site and sell me it for 60$ and when i ask him for refund he didnt accept i just asked him for giving me what i order paypal verified and have vcc and not locked if not get it then refund he just want replace me with shit account will locked after 24h https://ibb.co/q3yqnzyb i now just want refund cuz i dont waste my time and money in accounts will get locked thanks

He has purchased same account (VCC verified PayPal) from me before and is fully aware of my Terms of Service (TOS), which are unequivocal: Only a successful login is guaranteed. After delivery, I do not store any data, making after-sale service impossible.

His initial request was for a PayPal account verified with a Virtual Credit Card (VCC). I delivered exactly that. Now, he is retroactively demanding a "full verified PayPal" account—a request that is both unreasonable and illogical for a $60 transaction, as full verification involves sensitive personal data far exceeding the product's value and scope.

First Before sent him money i ask him to get verfied acc and have vcc as you send and shown in screenshot now you said i dont ask for full verified and i rly dont see the difference between verified and full verified ofc when i said i need it verified i mean (full verified) and you accept price 60$ also regarding pervious buying order i want say something i got the order details after deliver instantly i send it direct to my customer so first order wasn't have any problem that means iam not trying to Accused or defrauded you no i got this order problem and my customer when use the paypal account and receive just 16$ it get locked and you dont think its from you when i get error in verfication you think its from me?? and when i ask you for replace with guarantee works without ask for id verfication you refuse so who is suspicious and try to manipulate words?

I want full refund and nothing other full refund cuz this guy trying to give me paypal account i can make it within 5-10 mins with vcc and sell me it for 60$ WITHOUT EVEN BEEN VERIFIED so why i buy it from first
